"The Queens is beautifully located. The Team is welcoming and friendly. Our room was wonderful and we used the pool, steam and sauna all imaculately clean. We had a great time over two nights. Lack of room service is a bit of a pity and the tapas we had on night two left much to be desired. Summary: wallow in the hotel's friendly ambiance and superb location and eat elsewhere!"

"Such a delight to find a Portobello hotel in Worthing as the Westow House in Crystal Palace has become a favourite. The Railway lives up to the Portobello standard. Great rooms with individual character. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Great bar and extensive outside area. Staff are extremely welcoming and friendly especially Riley and Lewis. And £5 off a beer for registering for the Portobello pub club - doesn’t get any better"

"My husband and I came to celebrate our first wedding anniversary with a night away in a Malmaison hotel. We have found f at previous Malmaison hotels a warm and uplifting experience. The hotel was clean and tidy but we're confused after a pre check-in that at 2 hours after the original check in our room wasn't ready and it was changed. Some of the staff were friendlier than others but all in all provided a good service. After informing them of our anniversary we made our way to our room to receive a knock at the door, we were delighted to receive a card with 2 free drinks vouchers. After a meal out on the town we enjoyed to glasses of prosecco in the bar with a view of the marina. We had a comfortable night's stay with balcoit curtains and feather pillows and duvet. All in all the cleanliness of the hotel was good, however a quick check and thorough clean under the rim of the toilet wouldn't go amiss! We had an enjoyable anniversary celebration."
