"The room was great! Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. The swimming pools were amazing"

"Check in was efficient. All the staff throughout my stay were excellent. Breakfast was great. My criticism is the lack of clothes storage in the room. I had a king Seaview; There was an open hanging space but no drawers and only a couple of shelves for clothes. For a 6 night stay this was inadequate for a solo traveller, it would have been doubly difficult for a couple. There is no full length mirror and no makeup mirror. There were no cushions on the wooden bench. The room would benefit from some additional soft furnishings and pictures."

"I had a lovely big room with small kitchen facilities, fresh water everyday. However, no daily refresh and there are no real bathroom ammenities ie, make up remover pads, earbuds or shower cap, so make sure you bring your own. Only instant coffee :-( I’m on a work trip and needed a late check out which they gave me. Lovely Yum Cha restaurant next door which I ate at a lot because it was handy and good and I didn’t want to venture out in the rain."

"The rooms were Comfortable and very clean. Very helpful staff at reception. It was very noisy though. Loud music until early morning hours. I had to use earplugs. Toilets were not very clean at the restaurant/ bar area."
