This updated, top floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo provides unobstructed views and comfortable, open living/dining/kitchen areas that are perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. Kitchen has been completely renovated with new appliances and everything you'll need for cooking, Living space flows easily to a covered oceanfront balcony for additional lounging area after a day at the beach.

All 3 baths have been completely remodeled with all new tiled showers with glass doors, beautiful new floors and fixtures, and a
luxuriously deep, relaxing tub!!

**INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! Gorgeous updated condo on the beach!

The condo was beautifully decorated with a bright open spacious style. Great location right on the beach - more quiet and relaxing of a location, yet still very close to drivable places. Checking in and out went smoothly. We would stay there again!

This condo was perfect! Hellon was fabulous with communication and the place was super clean, gorgeously decorated, and included small details like extra coffee pods and snack bags of popcorn! I would most highly recommend this place and am already looking for a reason to return!

I always wanted to stay on the beach. This condo was perfect! Amazing location, walk to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, sand toys, games/puzzles in unit. Layout of the condo is very roomy. The best part was watching the sunrise from our balcony. Would definitely return!

Wonderful vacation!

This is a lovely condo. It's very pretty, well-maintained, and comfortable. The outside balcony has an incredible view of the ocean and is a great place to spend your mornings and evenings. It's quite spacious for 5 people and has all the amenities that one would want. Access to the beach and pool is convenient and the complex itself is very nice. The owner is very helpful and communicative. We can't wait to go back!

Best place to stay even in a hurricane!! UNCW Family weekend!

We were in town visiting for UNCW family weekend! This place was amazing. Arrived really late in the evening. All the beds were made and ready to sleep.! Linens were also amazing and beds were very comfortable! Host had several bottles of water there for us and also snacks. Perfect stay even in a hurricane!! we were able to enjoy the beach on the last day. There were even chairs and beach towels everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Definitely will return.

Highly recommend all to book your stay here. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. The great part about this unit is the extra bathroom. Most other units only have 2 bathrooms.
