This was our second stay at this property. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space! Location is excellent - just a few steps to the beach. We brought our own beach chairs, but quickly put them back in the car once we saw the much nicer ones in the garage. Lovely stay.

The Sandpiper is a great place to stay on Wrightsville Beach. It is on a quiet beach access street just steps away from the beach, but still close to the pier and restaurants/bars. The house was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The best part of this house is the wrap around porch! The host, Hellon, was great at communicating and very responsive. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Hellon was a great host. She took care of all of our questions/needs. We even left something behind and she shipped it to us the next day. The house is beautiful!! Great location — right next to the beach. Quiet street. Would definitely rent from Hellon again and stay there. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic, spacious condo right by the beach. Some soundproofing of the upstairs unit would go a long way, but some of this can't really be controlled. Appreciated the cleanliness & accuracy of the photos! One thing that could be improved was providing a couple Keurig pods and soap/shampoo in the bathroom.

Wrightsville trip

Our stay was wonderful and the location was perfect. On the property my sister and her family stayed above us and it was so convenient. We had a small issue with the flushing of the toilet but other than that it was amazing.

Really excellent location close to the beach. There’s been a little wear and tear on the house, but overall really comfortable and well stocked. Instructions for the lock would have been really helpful. As others mentioned, the noise from the upstairs unit is significant— can hear all of the walking around, conversations, toilet flushing, etc.

Great condo in a great location! A little noisy with upstairs neighbors but they were respectful when we asked them to walk more softly. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and all the local attractions.

Annual Birthday at Wrightsville Beach

Had a lovely quick trip with my daughters & a few girlfriends. We enjoyed the quick walk/location to the beach & awesome deck with rocking chairs… just perfect for morning coffee and afternoon reading. We walked to most restaurants and coffee shops. All around great property & location.

Great beach spot!

My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing week at Wrightsville. The house was so comfortable and very close to the beach. It was perfect to have my son and a couple of other friends rotate in and out for a night or two. The outdoor shower (a priority for me) was spacious and set back off the street. Umbrellas are available in the garage. We would definitely rent here again!

Aunt 90th birthday

4 day, 3 night stay for aunt's 90th bday. Wonderful access to the beach. Outdoor shower. Provided beach towels. Perfect size for 5 but will sleep 6. Large enough to host our 13 cousins and spouses for a pizza and beer one evening. Great wrap around porch with rocking chairs. Overall perfect for our short stay!

The condo was very nice and updated and clean. The location was just a few short steps to the beach being on an access street. The porch was amazing. The only complaint we had was being able to hear the people in the upstairs unit like they were in ours. It was very loud and we could hear all conversations and any time anyone moved.

Amazing spot to enjoy the beach!

We absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for our family. There were 6 of us, 4 adults, a teenager and a toddler. There was plenty of space, well stocked, and the location was exactly what we wanted. Sarah was an excellent communicator and helped so much as we were nervous about the hurricane/tropical storm. Plenty of boogie boards, beach toys, towels & chairs. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. About a 10 minute walk from all the restaurants (some were closer) and just a short walk to the beach which made it super convenient for everyone's needs. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for hosting a perfect spot for new family memories!

Property was great location and clean. Parking says 3, you need to open garage and pull in to garage 1 1/2 cars. Garage door for other unit is very loud, they should unhook.

Nice place but noisy upstairs neighbors

My daughter and I did enjoy the rental. It was clean, spacious, & and convenient to the beach. However, the noise of the neighbors upstairs made the stay less than 5 stars. I know it’s not the host’s fault, but it was still so loud every time they walked across the floor and their voices carried down the stairs. The communication with the owner and the subsequent communication with the upstairs renters was helpful and did get them to quiet down a bit, but wow- they sounded like elephants stomping around! It was hard to relax or enjoy a movie/book with all the racket. (Now I sound like an old person LOL!) Just want to be honest about our experience. The place would definitely be 5 stars if no one was staying upstairs during the stay .

Great Location / Wonderful Stay

The location is prime! A short easy walk to beach. This house has many conveniences and was very clean. Stocked really well. We had a grocery delivery service Well Stocked NC (wellstockednc.com) stock the fridge prior to our arrival which was amazing!! Our first two nights we did not have upstairs neighbors which was nice. Our last evening there we had upstairs neighbors. They used the garage as their “door” and therefore frequently we were hearing the very loud garage door below the house opening and closing often. Can also very easily hear the renters upstairs as there is a shared (locked) staircase. That was not ideal with kids sleeping. The washer also cannot be run if you have kids sleeping. It’s extremely loud. The twin bed setup was perfect. We fit two pack and plays for kids under 3 in that twin room. And the other rooms were very spacious. Hand soap and 1 towel per person provided. Be sure to bring your own body soap and extra bath towels if needed. Also, bring extra trash bags and a bag of ice. Baby gate provided which was amazing because the staircase inside needed it with little kids. Note: No high chair or booster seat. Porch was great for evening hangs listening to the ocean!
