BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
This comfortable duplex offers 4 private ensuite bedrooms, making it ideal for groups. The primary suite in each unit features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed. Bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and fresh linens provided before arrival. Two full bathrooms are stocked w/ fluffy bath towels and essential paper goods for a seamless stay.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully stocked kitchens has everything needed for cooking meals at home, whether you're preparing breakfast before the beach or dinner after a day in the sun. The open-concept layout flows directly into the dining and living areas, creating an easy space for gathering together. The dining table in Unit A seats 6 while the kitchen island in Unit B also seats 6. Coffee, snacks, and beach-day prep are all easy in this bright and functional space.

The welcoming living areas are designed for relaxing after a day outdoors. The open floor plan allows everyone to stay connected whether cooking, dining, or watching TV. OUTSIDE SPACE
Enjoy outdoor living with two covered patios, each equipped with gas grills for easy cookouts and gatherings. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient enclosed outdoor shower located on the Unit B side. The fully fenced yard provides a safe space for dogs to run and play, while the spacious driveway and covered carport offer ample onsite parking.

For your beach adventures, guests have access to complimentary beach accessories, including a cooler and beach cart. On the Unit A side, you'll find an outdoor dining table with seating for six, perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing together in the fresh air.

Wrightsville Beach is very bike-friendly and walkable, especially for beach access, restaurants, and nearby attractions. A car is recommended if you plan to explore Wilmington or surrounding areas. Rideshare services like Uber & Lyft are readily available. Parking onsite accommodates up to 3-4 vehicles, and additional vehicles must use paid public parking nearby.
