South End Beach house with stunning Sunset water views from large front porch.

This fully updated beach home is located at the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach tucked in to a very quiet sound side street with a stunning view of the Intracoastal Waterway. The street has two sound side public access points just steps away from the home and just across the street is the public access path to the beach. The Oceanic Restaurant and Crystal Pier are close by as well as the South End Surf shop.
The 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is furnished with brand new beds and furniture. All linens as well as towels are provided ($200 savings). The Kitchen is fully stocked with all brand new appliances, including a Keurig for coffee pods. The layout of the home is open and modern which allows for great family gatherings either on the large dining table or the beautiful outdoor deck with great outdoor seating.
This home is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, quiet escape where beach combing and lazy days reading books are on the agenda. It is also a fantastic spot for Biking, Surfers, Kiteboarder's or stand-up paddle boarding. The easy beach access can't be topped. The neighborhood is mainly residential where "lights out at 10 pm" is highly encouraged by everyone. Off street Parking is available under the house for up to 4 cars.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay, wish we were still there! Easy access to the beach, beautiful sunsets, the place was just what we hoped for. Our first trip to Wrightsville which is a great beach town!

Great stay - Again!

We had a fantastic stay. It was awesome to have the wagon, beach, chairs, beach towels, and easy access to storing them under the house with the laundry facility. The unit was well equipped, and had everything we needed and was represented accurately online. The neighborhood was perfect, quiet and enjoyable. We will definitely plan to come back

A Great Spot to Stay!

We had a great stay! The location is amazing & the house is clean & easy to be in. The open lot between the house & the sound gives you a beautiful view of the sunset from the deck. We will be back!

Took our daughter and 3 of her friends for Memorial Day weekend. Great cottage, had everything we needed and is in a great location on the South end. Quick walk to the beach and coffee shop.

Another Great Stay!

Beautiful sunsets!

The vacation rental was great! The house is nicely updated, very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. Best part is the large deck where we enjoyed the beautiful view and sunsets over the intracoastal waterway. It is a bit of a hike to the beach but everything with the house was perfect.

Wedding Weekend

We booked the property to added a wedding in Wilmington. The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need while vacationing. The view of the sound is fantastic. We are already looking to book again!!

Great Girls Getaway

Fantastic rental, well stocked with all you need. The porch and views are amazing. We had a girls getaway and loved it. The house was close to everything but thankfully so quiet when trying to sleep, so this location is key! Owner was very helpful. Great place and will rent again

House is exactly as shown, lovely soothing decor. Unbelievable amount of towels (!!) in smartly renovated bathrooms. Plenty of parking under the house for additional dinner guests. Empty lot across the street seals the deal on a gorgeous view :)) Owner considerately provided a late check out upon request.

Last minute get away

Everything was perfect! Last minute get away 7/3-76 with my daughters. The house was equipped with everything. We had amazing views of the intercostal waterway and a short walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Absolutely loved it.
