Spectacular getaway cottage on gorgeous Wrightsville Beach, NC. This four bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps up to 8 comfortably. The kitchen with a large island and an open formal dining and great room perfect for gathering. Free business class wifi and YouTube TV /Smart TV provided. The front covered porches are so welcoming and a great way to enjoy the ocean breezes and sunset. A very short walk to Johnny Mercer's Pier, shopping and all the best local restaurants.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. All of the spaces are a nice size. The balconies are also very nice. The kitchen has everything you might need for food preparation. It’s so close to the beach and shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Stayed at the property for the Wilmington marathon. Location was perfect - steps from the starting line. The street is quiet and the property is clean. Owner and communication stellar. Walkable to restaurants and bars and a quick stroll to the beach.

Spacious, wonderful home.

What a bright, beautiful home that is so comfortable and inviting. The decor is pretty and "beachy"--it sets the perfect vibe for a fun time at the beach! Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Graduation weekend!

Can't say enough about this house! Jamie and Ace have thought of everything you could possibly need! I was cooking for our family celebration and this kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The house was perfect for our family as we celebrated our daughters graduation from UNCW! The golf cart was a huge bonus and definitely came in handy!

Love love love this place!

I stayed here for my bachelorette (party of 8) and had the best experience! Jamie is so responsive and really made us feel taken care of. The house was stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils, spices, snacks, games and beach chairs. I would 10/10 stay here again - loved everything about it!!!

Great Beach House

We thought the house was wonderful. Host had all information needed and was super organized. Enjoyed some snacks on arrival. Beach access was super close. Very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect

So much space, cleaner than any place we’ve ever stayed, fully stocked with things you may need and extras just to make you welcome, quick and consistent communication with owners, great location within easy walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants, beautiful sunsets over the lagoon … In short, this is the best property we’ve found, and look forward to hopefully being back this time next year.

Beautiful and well stocked

What an amazing property! The place is beautiful, so clean, great location. And the owner clearly went out of their way, thinking of everything and stocking the place full of snacks, coffee, ice cream treats, sunscreen, towels. Beds were super comfy so we slept great. Kids loved the bunk room. Everything was done to perfection. Can’t recommend enough!!!

Wish we stayed longer!!

Our family scheduled a long weekend to Wrightsville Beach to visit friends. We are so happy we found and booked this amazing duplex. From an easy booking process, to prompt and detailed communications, the owner made our pre-visit very easy and stress-free. The home itself is the cleanest rental we have ever booked and made us feel at home. From the welcome basket of snacks, to a well-stocked kitchen and access to beach chairs/umbrella/towels/etc to make our stay easy peasy :) We would absolutely rent this property in the future!

2024 Welcome

We liked this property alot. Especially appreciated the basket of goodies on the counter and the 2024 hats. Many extra touches in the kitchen (plenty of utensils/pans and) and extra blankets etc. in the bedrooms. We enjoyed the golf cart too! We did eat crab one night but could not find crackers for the claws - that would be an extra nice touch. Beautiful and nice pkace ti stay!!! We hope to come back in the future.

Best VRBO We’ve Ever Rented

This house is an awesome place for a family to stay! The main level has plenty of space to watch tv, eat, and gather to hang out while the upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms, and balconies allow for privacy and relaxation. It’s a perfect layout! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was convenient and the neighborhood felt very safe with friendly neighbors. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the snack bowl as well as the coffee bar area. Loved that good quality hand soap, shampoo, body wash, etc was provided. We were there for our daughter’s graduation so we stayed busy, but hope to come back again to make use of all the beach amenities. Five stars across the board! Highly recommend!!!!

Family Wedding Trip

This property was amazing. We were visiting Wrightsville Beach for a family wedding. Everyone who visited us remarked on how nice the house was. You walk into a beautiful open space floor design with snacks displayed elegantly in a huge bowl on the large kitchen island. Very welcoming!!! The walk to the beach was doable even with a 2 year old and several other school age children. The property owners also provide a wagon , beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels etc. which is very helpful when making trips to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. Linens are provided and the bathrooms are spacious. Despite weathering a tropical storm, we had a great time and as the property owner advised, my granddaughter found many beautiful shells on the beach as a result of the storm. Communication with the property owner was always kind, welcoming and timely. I will definitely seek out this property again if we plan another Wrightsville beach visit.

Location + Amenities + Amazing Hosts

What makes for a great VRBO stay in beautiful Wrightsville Beach? 1. Location - Lagoon Drive is the perfect location, just off of Lumina Ave, it's a quiet street that's so close to everything. Johnnie Mercer's pier is right around the corner if you like more action, or simply walk directly across to Access 12 for more peace and quiet. You're just a few steps from The Loop for amazing walks. It's in the middle of everywhere you want to be, without feeling like you're in the hustle and bustle. 2. Amenities - From the minute you enter, you feel more like you're walking into a home than a vacation rental. There's plenty of space for a family or several couples and every room is furnished with so much thought for comfort. There are a ton of beach chairs, an umbrella, two coolers, and a great wagon to pull all your beach supplies in. HIGHLY recommend adding on the golf cart to your stay - it was a lot of fun to cruise the island in! Kitchen is incredibly well stocked - we cooked several meals and had everything we needed. There's a grill and a Big Green Egg as well. Parking for 3 vehicles plus the golf cart - if you don't rent the cart, you may be able to fit 4 vehicles. AMAZING HOSTS - from the moment we booked, I knew we were in good hands. Throughout our stay, Jamie checked in on us and made sure we didn't miss the amazing weekly Farmer's Market at WB Park. She responded super quickly to any and every communication. There was a huge assortment of snacks to welcome us.
