Great location

This property is in a perfect location. You are just steps from the beach and the sound. Being able to walk to the Oceanic and Sundays Cafe was terrific. Highly recommend.

Graduation home base

We had a great stay. Short walk to the beach and the inland waterway. Host was very responsive and answered all our questions. Check in was easy, king bed was very comfortable, showers has soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and place was clean. Would stay here again.

Fantastic beach rental

We had a great stay. Such a great location - very short walk to the beach and steps away from SUNdays cafe and Oceanic. Host was very accommodating (able to check in early), responsive, and answered all of our questions quickly. Check in was easy. Very clean and comfortable for our family. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Would stay here again.

Absolutely best location. Make sure to use the SUP boards or surf boards that are in the garage area closet. Walking distance to SUNdays cafe Host was very responsive

The South End Sunset @WB was as described. We had terrific week. The hosts and accommodations were everything we could ask for. Location, location location was a perfect fit for us. Beach, dining, and walks all right out the front door! Lines of communication were clear, concise and pleasant from beginning to end!

Family time at WB

Wonderful host! Rental had everything a family needed or wanted for a fun filled vacation: kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards, bikes, firepit, board games…the list goes on. House was spacious and the balconies were exceptional for watching sunsets and relaxing. Location was perfect (though street could be a bit loud) for beach access, restaurants, coffee etc. Our host let us know he was available for anything we needed. Overall this vacation rated high on our accommodations and fun!!

Wrightsville Beach Vacay!

We just got back from a week at South End Sunset at Wrightsville Beach and had a wonderful time! My husband and I, our son and his wife and her mother all stayed at the condo and it was fabulous! Very clean, open and airy with all the amenities we needed. The location is great in that it is close to numerous restaurants as well as the beach! I was worried we may need a wagon or something to carry everything but it was a short enough walk that we didn’t. And last but not least, the hosts, Shaun and Katy, were wonderful and very attentive! Highly recommend!

Excellent Location

The house was lovely, comfortable and clean. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. I loved that there was a lifeguard at this access point. A bonus to have beach chairs and boogie boards provided for our use. We did not get a chance to use the kayak, SUP or surf boards as it was a quick trip. I hope to be back to get a chance. We also enjoyed hanging on the covered decks outside. Great house.

Amazing Place!!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! To start, the communication with Shaun was fantastic! He and Katy covered every need that we could possibly have. From beach towels, beach chairs, kayak, bikes, beach toys, and indoor games! The home was in a perfect location at Wilmington beach! Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Inside the home it was extra clean, spacious, and comfortable. The patios on each level were great. As I told them, the only thing wrong with our trip was that we couldn’t stay longer! Thank you Shaun and Katy! We will be back!

Holiday Getaway

It was very clean which was very important to me. Close to the water which we could walk to multiple times a day. I have to say the Owners were quite lovely to work with and very responsive with if we had any questions at all. All the rooms were spacious. My mother-in-law came with us, and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. It was nice that there was a bedroom and bath downstairs, so she didn't have to come upstairs. Pups had fun so it was a good time had by everyone. We even went into Wilmington for dinners which was quite convenient. I have to say if anyone ever has the opportunity to go to Catch restaurant it has to be the BEST Seaford and most unique recipes I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this location if you were going to Wrightsville Beach!

Easy

Everything was as the listing says it is. Great location. Nice to be able to go to Sundays for a coffee or milkshake or the Oceanic for dinner. Was able to go to the Surf Church at the Pier on Sunday morning. That was a cool experience. The porches are nice. Clean place, which is always my number one most important need when renting a vacation place. I’d stay here again. If you have small children, you’ll have to watch them carefully outside, near the road because people come around the corner kind of quickly. Great walk to Banks Channel, we saw some sailboats which was fun. Quick walk to the beach. Entry was easy, didn’t have to meet up with anyone for a key etc. Didn’t see the owners but they were easy to correspond with. All in all, this place is a great spot!

Excellent location. Very close to a beach access. Love this end of the beach. House was very clean and beds comfy. A little more outdated than I expected (bathrooms and kitchens) but everything is very clean and that makes up for it. New flooring makes it very light inside. Owner communicated great too. Overall, I would stay again!
