The room was clean except for the A/C vent, It could've had a little more attention to it, but to be fair, maintenance did come while we were there to change the vent but my daughter and I was getting dress at the time. Parking each night thru the hotel is an ADDITIONAL $50. Or that’s just normal for hotels in Chicago ? Got a $70 ticket during my time checking in to the hotel. Maybe it’s just a learning curve staying in Chicago. "
