The Hotel receptionist is magnificent as she really helped us with everything finding the hotel is a bit of a mission and the car park but when they show you one time it’s so easy you have shops, transport restaurants everything is walking distance. It is awesome location

Omijacie to miejsce !

Niestety nasz pobyt w apartamentach( wynajelismy 2 na jedna noc ) nie pozostawil dobrych wspomnien. W obydwu pokojach byl mocno niewswiezy zapach( wietrzenie nie pomagalo odswiezyc pokoju ) w dniu naszego pobytu w windzie panowal niemozliwy smrod.W lazience w jednym z pokoi brak jakiegokolwiek mydla. w drugim pokoju dziurawe reczniki( zdjecia w zalaczeniu ).Brudna fuga przy brodziku w kabinie prysznicowej. Firanki brudne, pogniecione.Meble z wyraznymi sladami zuzycia. Absolutnie nie polecam pobytu w Silver Apartments! Omiajcie Panstwo to locum!

Posizione ottima

Abbiamo fatto un po’ fatica a trovare l’appartamento, si trova in un edificio che sembra di uffici, non c’è un indicazione esterna ma al numero civico e guardando all’interno dell’atrio un tabellone con un elenco di società/ attività leggiamo il nome Silver apartement, presente una guardia, saliti al piano e arrivati alla porta nr.18 chiusa, presente un campanello entriamo e ad accoglierci una deliziosa ragazza. Ci ha accolto effettuato il check-in pagamento in loco, indicandoci il tragitto per arrivare all‘appartamento un labirinto e al garage, tanto disponibile che ci ha pure accompagnato. L’appartamento si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico, vicino centro commerciale e altri negozi, avendo l’auto utilizzato garage a pagamento 50pln al giorno. Entrati in casa effetto whau ambienti spaziosi, arredato bene, cucina attrezzata, lavastoviglie, manca lo strofinaccio e spugna grande per pulire. Camera letto comodo, con armadio, scrivania, la finestra maniglia rotta non chiude per cui entra aria e non isola dai rumori. Bagno grande, con doccia, manca piccolo bidone e peccato la porta non chiudesse maniglia difettosa, no privacy. Per essere pignoli, l’appartamento è fantastico, grande divano letto, tv, tavolo per mangiare un po’ basso ma va bene per pochi giorni, ma, avrebbe necessità di manutenzione, un’attenzione in più alla pulizia in generale e accessori cucina e bagno. Comunque lo consiglio per la posizione, fermata bus/tram e servizi.

Mer sentralt kan man ikke bo.

Silver Apartments har en optimal beliggenhet, flott bygning,moderne design, flott seng med prima puter og ikke minst absolutt fantastisk renhold.Gangavstand til gamlebyen med spennende spisesteder og stort kjøpesenter over gata.Min første valg i Wroclaw neste gang jeg skal dit.

On s attendait à beaucoup mieux

Il faut se rendre dans un autre mmeuble pour pouvoir récupérer les clés de l appartement, la personne à l accueil était sympa et nous a expliqué ou il se situe. Ne vous attendez pas à trouver des indications dehors, il n y en a pas. Nous sommes entrés dans un immeuble sans vraiment savoir si C était la, il y avait 3 personnes à l accueil et on nous a indiqué le 4 ème étages. Nous avons eu un coup de chance d 'être entrés dans le bon immeuble. L appartement est assez spacieux, mais pas très lumineux, sauf le matin, stores abaissés il fait très clair et comme le lit est juste à côté de la fenêtre on est vite réveillés. Fort mal insonorisé, beaucoup de circulation et malgré le 4 ème étage, on a l'mpression d être au rez de chaussée. La cuisine quand á elle, se trouve derrière un mur de séparation, donc très très sombre, pas d essui vaisselle, juste 1 rouleau d essui tout. La salle de bain, des odeurs nauséabondes venant de la douche, Vraiment très désagréable. Mal éclairée également, pas de tapis de sortie de douche et juste 2 draps de bain. Même pas un petit pour les main. Le gros point positif est sa position, nous sommes tout de suite dans le centre.. Est ce que je reviendrai dans cet appartement.. La réponse est non.

Oh my God, what a place.

Our first trip to Poland and we booked a 1 bedroom apartment and put in a studio. It had aircon and just blew recycled warm air. The only single chair had stains on it. The shower flooded the whole bathroom if you wanted more water in the shower than a dribble. Two sets of cutlery for three people. We only got a refund for the price difference of ordered versus delivered. Staff were very nice. Never again.

Loved our stay at the Silver Apartments. Have stayed there once before, and as we were coming back to Wroclaw again for a wedding we were happy to stay there again, as well as recommend it to friends, who also booked rooms there. It had everything we could possibly need, including a dishwasher in the kitchen area, and a washing machine in the bathroom! Nice clean room and great location. Because of our flight times we didn't meet anyone from the hotel, but I emailed before hand to arrange getting the keys, and instructions were clear and straightforward.

Great location.

My stay at Silver apartments was a good one and I would stay there again. Its located next to Plac Dominikanski, which is the first stop on the WRO Express Bus from the airport. It only takes 2-3 minutes to walk from the stop to the apartment entrance. The entrance is tricky to find first off - look for the doors with green Roman column decoration. This would be my only negative point - I had to ask around at other locations before I found the right point of entry, better signage would help. You check in at an office on the first floor. The apartment was ready when I arrived, about an hour before check in, so that was a bonus. The room was great, with a kitchenette including a microwave. The wi-fi was fine, no problems. The market square is only a few minutes walk away and the train station is just a quick hop away from the nearby Tram stop.

Nice stay

Hotel was lovely, the hotel is not advertised at all so we spent a good half an hour in a different building walking around trying to find it. We had absolutely no contact with the staff as we arrived late and checked out early and had to leave key in a post box. The room itself was nice, the bed sheets did not fit the bed however so my partner had to use a sheet as a blanket as the duvet was a double for a king-size bed. Location is excellent, just round the corner from the main square and airport shuttle bus stop.

Un lugar para sentirse a gusto

Un lugar maravilloso, todo tal cual muestran las fotografías,.Portero en el ingreso del edificio 24 Hs. departamento con lavavajillas, lava ropa (solo que no había jabón para su uso). Un Living gigantesco un baño completo y dos baños más, uno con la bachea y el otro con ducha. Único pequeñísimo problema es que el baño completo si uno quier utilizar la bañera como ducha vertical se moja todo el baño, no tiene un cerramiento.

セーフティボックスがこじ開けられ、お湯もでず。。。

お湯がでなかったので、スタッフの方に伝えると「今日はお湯はでない。ごめんね。」という回答でした。また、セーフティボックスが開かなくなったので伝えると「よくあることだよ。観光から帰ってきたら開いているよ」といわれ、どういうことかわからず、部屋に戻ると、バーナーか何かで開けた感じでした。中のものは取られていませんでしたが。 ちなみに、部屋の広さも20平米程度でスーツケースを開けるのはベッドの上になりました。 観光や食事のロケーションは良いのですが、二度と泊まることはないでしょう。

Had to wait for 15 minutes for the receptionist to arrive. The apartment was not the same as show’n in the pictures and on the site there was no pictures of this apartment at all. Double bed consisting of two separate beds leaving a hole in between. Dirty dishes in the closets. Wifi not working at first and wen it started working it was so slow that I had to use my phone’s hotspot. Only good thing was the location.
