"I've staying in 4 different hotels and Kerry was one of the best specially with $100 extra we get free breakfast, snacks and dinner and access to playground. their Gym and pools were the best in any other hotel I ever travelled around the world. their staff was carer and friendly. location was great and next to Shanghai international expo."

The staff were friendly, special thanks to Anne Wang (王灵芝), the Guest Service Manager, and Tendy Mo from the F&B team for being so attentive and accommodating to my requests.
