  • Spacious, tastefully furnished and renovated in 2014 bright three-room apartment with balcony in a listed historic estate (Zehnthof) with central heating. The apartment has a daylight bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, two nice bedrooms with a double bed (160 and 180 cm wide) and a living room with dining area and a modern kitchenette (with fridge, oven, ceramic hob and microwave).

    Bus connection 15 minutes to the center of Würzburg, stop nearby, bakery, butcher, drinks, various restaurants within walking distance, as well as a pharmacy and a general practitioner. Various playgrounds and a stream with a nature-protected section provide for outdoor recreation. Centrally located in Wü-Lengfeld, yet quiet and close to nature, ideal for a relaxing stay with children.
    Traditionally spirited wine festivals as well as upscale gastronomic offers in Würzburg and surrounding area ensure your physical well-being. Dank Schlüsselkasten sehr flexible Zeiten zum Ein- und Auschecken. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und auch sehr groß. Die Einrichtung ist mittlerweile durch die Nutzung der Gäste ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Es werden auch unglaublich viele Kleinigkeiten, wie Zucker, Tee, Kaffeefilter, Toilettenpapier etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Danke dafür. Uns fehlte bei der Ankunft nur die Beschreibung, dass man nicht die Rampe hoch muss, sondern durch das Eingangstor.Die Lage ist dank der Busanbindung wirklich gut und bis auf Ausnahmen wirklich ruhig. Ein Hinweis wäre noch schön aufzunehmen, dass die freiwillige Feuerwehr hier mit Sirene alamiert wird. Mir ist unter der Dusche das Herz in die Hose gerutscht, als auf einmal die Sirenen angingen und ich erstmal nicht wusste, was nun los ist. :)

Sehr gute Kommunikation. Für unser Empfinden nicht so luxuriös wie angegeben. Möbel etwas älter und Poster anstatt Bilder an der Wand und die Küche hat Löcher in der Arbeitsplatte und abgeschrammte Fronten (dies mindert nicht die Nutzbarkeit der Küche sieht aber leider nicht schön aus und daher nicht wirklich luxuriös). Es gibt lediglich einen Fernseher im Apartment- die Schlafzimmer haben keinen separaten TV. Die angegebene Waschmaschine fehlt leider.

Eine sehr geräumige, absolut saubere, gut aufgeteilte sowie angenehm zurückhaltend und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Der Vermieter war äußerst nett. Die Kirchturmglocken sind bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut.

Eine schöne, charmante Unterkunft in einem historischen Gebäude. Haben die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zur Natur sehr genossen, auch der nahegelegen Spielplatz und Supermarkt waren sehr praktisch. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem sehr flexiblen und verständnisvollen Gastgeber.

Schöne große Wohnung für ein Wochenende oder mehr

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen für ein Wochenende in Würzburg und wollten nicht in einem Hotel wohnen, da uns die Privatsphäre wichtiger ist. Die Innenstadt ist tatsächlich in 10-15min mit dem Auto/Taxi erreichbar und auch per Bus kommt man für hin. Die Wohnung hat bis auf Klima alles was man braucht und ist schön groß. Der Balkon ist sonnig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war echt super und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

Lovely flat in Würzburg suburbs

Lovely flat located a minute walk from bus stop. Easily take the bus to downtown Würzburg. Close to a bakery, restaurants, and a short walk to grocery stores. Very spacious home with everything you need for your stay away.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, klare Weiterempfehlung. Lage super (mit Bus ca. in 25 min in Würzburg City), mit Auto 10 min. Stilvolle Wohnung, ruhig (was mir persönlich immer wichtig ist), sauber. Schöner Balkon zum Hinterhof. Alles da was man braucht (Gewürze, Kaffeefilter, …). Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder.

Sehr gute, ruhige Unterkunft in Busnähe zu Würzburg

Das Objekt war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung gut, alles was benötigt wird in einer Ferienwohnung war vorhanden. Einziges Manko war, das die Busanreise nach Würzburg immer ca 25 Minuten in Anspruch nahm. Dies war allerdings mein Fehler, ich hätte genauer hinsehen müssen. Vor Ort haben wir eine nette Bäckerei fürs Frühstück gefunden. Alles insgesamt, war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Gemütliche große Ferienwohnung mit tollem Balkon

Die Wohnung bietet für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz mit einem großen Esstisch, einer funktional ausgestatteten Küche und einem herrlichen Balkon auf dem man die Sonne genießen kann. Auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöner kleiner Ort, Wohnung hat nicht überzeugt

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Manche Möbel wirken abgenutzt, zum Beispiel das Sofa und die Küche. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt, wenn man kochen möchte an nichts. Es ist auch genug Geschirr/Gläser vorhanden. Ärgerlich ist es, dass kein Parkplatz direkt am Haus vorhanden ist. Ein Parkplatz ist aber bei der Beschreibung der Wohnung unter dem Punkt Ausstattung angegeben. Das ausladen des Gepäcks ist dadurch etwas umständlich. Man hat auch selten Glück beim heimkommen in der Nähe einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir werden die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen weil es schon sehr umständlich ist und die Wohnung uns nicht ganz überzeugt hat. Die Gegend hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nur beim nächsten mal in einer anderen Unterkunft.

FeWo in Lengfeld-Würzburg

Wir sind mit zwei Autos angereist. Es war schwierig, für beide Fahrzeuge in er näheren Umgebung, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Bushaltestelle liegt super, genau vor der FeWo. Das Tagesticket für Bus und S-Bahn nur 4,50 €. Der Bäcker liegt zwei Häuser weiter.

Wir haben zwei Tage vor Anreise einen positiven PCR Testbescheid bekommen. Somit konnten wir nicht anreisen, haben allerdings auch keine Reiserücktrittversicherung. Das ist unser Problem, stimmt. Wir hätten den Termin gerne auf Ende Oktober/Anf. November verschoben. Dazu haben sich die Vermieter nicht mehr geäußert, trotz zweimaliger Nachfrage. Somit ist unser Geld komplett verloren. Wie bemerkt ist das unser Problem, aber das Geld kommentarlos anzunehmen finde ich moralisch bedenklich. Besser wäre nicht testen und einfach anreisen.

Rundum wohl gefühlt

Wir haben ein Wochenende dort mit Familie verbracht. Gut gelegener, liebevoll restaurierter Altbau in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Bei An-und Abreise waren die Hosts flexibel. Gerne wieder!

Groß und ruhig gelegen

Die Wohnung ist recht groß, mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern ausgestattet und schön geschnitten. Auch die Einrichtung hat uns ganz gut gefallen. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir die Abendsonne genießen, was wir ebenfalls sehr genossen haben. Was uns etwas negativ aufgefallen ist, ist die Tatsache, dass die Wohnung teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen wirkte (aber nicht störend). Nach Würzburg rein brauchte man mit dem Bus ca. 25min, was für uns auch in Ordnung ging. Alles in Allem also ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir würden wieder kommen.
