"Finding parking was a little difficult due to road construction, but every other aspect of the stay was great. Check-in was quick, and the host was quick to respond to my needs. I would definitely stay again!"

"I really loved the vibe of this place! Very vintage and much different from any other hotel I have stayed at. Very convenient and within walking distance to all of the stadiums and arenas. Our lock on the door did not work so we called maintenance to fix it and they said they did but it still did not lock so that was a bummer and made us feel a bit unsafe. But other than that, it was great! Nice staff at the front counter, valet parking was easy (but expensive, $40) and the Candy Bar was a unique experience! I recommend this hotel for it's unique feel & for being so close to all the hot spots in Downtown Detroit! "
"The staff and housekeepers were very nice and helpful. Darnell and the Captain drove us around to wherever we wanted to go and were very friendly. Don’t desk also was welcoming. One of our favorite places to stay when in Detroit. Great location. "
"We were stuck in the Detroit airport overnight unexpectedly. Our stay at the Westin was incredible! From the food in the bar at midnight to the unbelievably comfortable bed, the stay was wonderful. They have a security check point at the exit of the hotel into the airport which made for a very smooth morning. "

"Terrific location. Right next to the Rosa Parks Transportation hub. Take the Detroit People Mover just to get a feel for the downtown area. Then take the Q line to go see things. We walked down the street just to watch little league baseball and grab a beer. "
