"An affordable option close to Valencia city. Great for an overnight stay to see a football game and see the City. Breakfast affordable as well at 7.50 € per person. New hotel , lovely outdoor seating area and looks out on orange grove. Only issue was room was very hot and aircon did not cool very well. Overall would stay again."

There is no parking! The free parking is on the street. The advertised hot tub was broken. They need to provide a way to make tea and coffee in the room as the breakfast time is 8-9:30.
