"The use of an e-butler through WeChat was very efficient. We got our request for extra clothes hangers answered very quickly and the hangers were in the wardrobe after our return from dinner. Excellent location, within walkable distance to the Muslim Quarters and close to the Bell Tower subway station. Lots of things to shop and see around the hotel area. Would highly recommend this area. Very helpful staff by the WeChat name of 微[风]..雨 who helped to wheel my luggage to the waiting van out in the cold to see us to the van which sent us to the airport."

He went above and beyond to personally assist me with booking popular attractions, offered brilliant local tips, and consistently followed up to ensure everything was perfect. His dedication and personal care made me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued friend. The location is another huge advantage. Being so close to the Muslim Quarter was a dream. It was an easy, pleasant walk for incredible, affordable lunches and dinners. The vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, and convenience added a fantastic layer to the trip.
