"Not a western 5 star but OK for the area. Best part is the breakfast buffet. Really good & friendly. Room - bed & shower good. There is a funky odor that rises from the carpet, so get a 2nd key card & run a/c even when you’re out. Pool looks nice, gym is minimal but didn’t try either & neither did anyone else that I saw, maybe because (and here’s the bad bit) there were always maintenance workers loudly talking and hanging around. Even when a guest (me) arrived they would just stay and stare. At a true 5 star this staff is always invisible. Laundry- hit or miss…one time was delivered on time in the room, another time had to call for it. The wash and dry is aggressive; had some shirt deco features that were ruined. Casino- I heard it was all electronic games so I didn’t go, but if that’s your thing it’s a short walk outside just behind the hotel."
