2010, 2012 puis 2025 et bien la qualité de service n'a pas changé. Le client est au coeur des préoccupations de l'équipe avec une certaine souplesse. Et entre 2012 et 2025, un joli spa a complété l'offre. Le petit déjeuné est toujours exceptionnel avec des produits locaux. Nous n'avons pas diné sur place par oubli de réservation, mais quelle délicatesse de nous prévenir par mail quelques jours avant et de nous communiquer des adresses de restaurants sur Gerardmer. Envie de revenir

Hôtel un peu décevant pour le prix, chambre donnant sur la route…on ne nous dit pas que le seul restaurant de l’hôtel est un gastronomique (il fallait que je regarde sur le site m’a t on dit)…personne ne sait si au bar on peut avoir à manger (un serveur me dit que non, à la réception on me dit que je peux commander des planches à partager…), un soir le serveur est jamais venu nous voir, c’était à nous de nous déplacer à chaque fois pour recommander les boissons…spa ok mais les toilettes ne ferment pas, espace spa pas attaché aux chambres, les gens viennent avec les chaussons de l’hôtel et se baladent dans le spa avec les mêmes qui ont servis en extérieur… pas hygiénique, Chambre uniquement aspirée… Très bon petit déjeuner, literie bonne

Beau séjour en dehors des vacances donc dans un hôtel très calme dans lequel nous avons pu profiter de l’espace SPA presque seuls. L’hôtel est très agréable, le SPA bien équipé avec grande piscine, hammam, 2 sauna (chaud et très chaud). Le restaurant est gastronomique avec une belle carte des vins.

Hôtel tres sympa joli bien situé les chambres sont petites les WC sont dans la salle de bain il n y a pas de mitigeur et pas douche non plus. Un Supplément est demandé pour le SPA si vous réservez par un site de location. L accueil est très bien même en ces temps de COVID

Établissement confortable, personnel sympathiques et attentionné, service irréprochable en cette période compliquée. Le restaurant est à recommander. Seul point vraiment négatif : devoir payer un supplément pour avoir accès aux équipements du spa, d’ailleurs très réduits en raison des mesures sanitaires. C’est la première fois en 20 ans que nous fréquentons des spa dans la région.

Accueil chaleureux et chambre propre. Endroit calme et apaisant. Mais très mauvaise literie (douleur dorsale au réveil), spa petit (jacuzzi pour 4, sauna pour 2, hammam pour 4 et sanarium pour 8), aucune insonorisation de la chambre (réveil matinal avec les autres occupants ou la femme de chambre). Il manquait une bouilloire pour pouvoir se faire un thé ou un café. Choix au petit déjeuner mais tarif élevé malgré tout (17€). Impossible de dîner au restaurant le samedi soir car complet (32 chambres et 40 places au restaurant ?)

Personnel très professionnel Petit déjeuner excellent et belle piscine En revanche les chambres sont petites, pas insonorisées, pas de climatisation dans toutes les chambres, nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre car il faisait trop chaud et les rideaux n’etaient Pas occultant. Le système des clés avec porte clés en métal est juste horrible...c’est lourd et ça fait beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs Ascenseur vétuste pour un hôtel 4*
