They responded immediately about any questions we had. Mario was the best snorkel guide and set us up with fishing and even gave a quick scuba lesson. We will definitely be back."

"We absolutely loved Casa Ligera. There were thirteen women in our group. The house had lots of communal space. Alfredo and Andrea were lovely and so helpful. We also had a chef come for two night's per the rental company's recommendation and it was such a treat! The house itself is beautiful, well maintained, in an amazing location. Walkable to the beach, on the water, with the nicest views imaginable. The pool was lovely as well. Could not recommend this place more."

"Man, I can not say enough about this property and overall experience. We had a fabulous time and everyone we communicated with went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. From the arranged airport pick up to the stocked fridge, and taxi arrangements, the communication was top notch. The area felt very safe and secure. Check in/out gates were always manned and there was plenty do within walking distance. The beach was beautiful, the pool clean… I could go on and on. We hope to visit again...

"The property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean and in a comfortable neighborhood. We loved taking the golf cart to great food. The kids loved the beach club. Neighbors were friendly and helpful and Eduardo helped us with transportation and restaurant recommendations. The attention to detail was obvious.This was the perfect family vacation!"

"The house is bigger than you think with the 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, a large kitchen and dining room. Add to that the indoor/outdoor transition to the pool area. The pool is pretty cold water so be prepared, The condo across the street does look down at the pool area which is a little awkward, but still a great outdoor area. There is a fare amount of traffic on the streets surrounding area, but there are a couple of very good restaurants within a 2 minute walk and many more with in a 10...

"My family and I came to Tulum to celebrate my 50th birthday, and had a wonderful vacation. Our stay at Casa Kevali was a treat! The house is spacious and accommodated our big group. It is very nicely decorated, its name was perfectly chosen. Karla is a great host, flexible and easily reached. The only thing missing was a white, fine sand beach, there were lots of shells and rocks as you enter the water, but the kayaking was a lot of fun. Recommendation: rent a car if you plan to do things...

"Eric and Naty could not have been nicer and more helpful to make our stay so enjoyable. The house is spacious, the terraces are plenty, the palapa is a wonderful room to hang out in with family or to curl up on the hammock with a good book and swing along with the breeze. The salt water pool is steps from the kitchen. The ledge around the pool is an added safety feature with little ones around. "We had multiple issues from day one with the profusely leaking, a shower that dripped loudly 24/7, one unusable shower and then storm shutters banging against the windows for several nights. Vacasa manages this unit and didn’t really try to get anyone there to help for 4 days and they didn’t show up when they said they would. On day 5 we told them to forget it. All guests left early."
