"Was nice and quiet "

"Restaurant staff was rude, and service was nonexistent. Front desk staff didn't follow through on what they said they would do. We NEVER get the complimentary bottle of wine from being VIP through expedia. What keeps us coming back, is the clean and comfortable rooms. The quiet atmosphere. The safety of the area around the hotel. "

"We stayed close to family for a vacation as well as relaxing time with relatives we don't see often. This home was perfect for both. We cooked in the kitchen a lot, made campfires outside at night, threw a baseball around in the yard, played horseshoes, unwound in the hot tub under string lights, grilled on the porch, and watched the Masters (golf) in comfort with 3 generations present. The home is clean and well-appointed, having everything we needed for an easy and carefree stay. Managers/Owners were communicative and helpful with local recommendations and amenities. We want to stay here again!"

"Hotel is in a partial state of construction or demolition and one of our rooms had a broken toilet and bathtub. A hole in the bathroom door and the other didn’t have blankets for the beds only thin sheets. Pool and hot tub weren’t in service and the beds were very uncomfortable and poor quality. Not much positive to say. "

"Accused of taking towels????? No email no phone call nothing just blind sided when came back to check in 3 days later told i had to pay 35$ for something we did not do. "

"Great dog friendly property. Lovely yard, good entertaining space. House felt quiet and tucked away but is pretty close to everything. Having guest parking was terrific. "

"Wow. This is my new standard for Verbo going forward. House warm, very clean, functional for many activities. Didn't cook but defiantly will next time. The tub was waiting for us at the perfect temperature and stayed there all night. The sauna was that perfect clean warm wood vibe with a sunset view from inside. Location was relaxing rural but with suburban shopping 6 minutes away. Host communication was simple and understandable if that's all you need but I had some detailed questions & they were answered with a smile. I'd love to stay again, experiencing a summer BBQ next sounds amazing."

"Room was clean, staff were friendly. Hot tub wasn’t working correctly which was a little frustrating but obviously out of their control. Breakfast was ok, your typical hotel breakfast but there were many choices! Would stay there again! "

"Parking was easy & secure. Kitchen was well equipped. Neighborhood was safe & quiet. Property was clean, private, quiet, comfortable, relaxing, full residential amenities (e.g. washer/dryer, heat/AC, dishwasher/disposal/frig/freezer/coffee makers...) Definitely recommend this property and owner. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay."
