Make memories to last a lifetime in this sunny ocean view home located in Yachats. Close to Cape Perpetua, hiking trails, shopping and dining. Just a minutes walk to the waters edge, Summershore is the best location for very easy tide pool access! The well appointed kitchen and great room, surrounded with windows and amazing ocean views are super for entertaining and family time together. Electric fireplaces in both the main living room and downstairs den add to the ambience of this beautiful home.

With three bedrooms and three baths, there is plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The master bedroom with ensuite bath boasts a comfy king bed. A second bedroom with a king bed and a bath in the hall is perfect for a little added privacy. Downstairs on the entry level is the den with a bedroom and bath, perfect for the kids! Watch Netflix or stream other apps on the flat screen smart televisions when the sun goes down.

The garage, with ping pong, foosball and cornhole, is the perfect spot for a rainy day. At the end of the day, gather together by the fire pit and enjoy the sunset while you make plans for another day full of seaside adventures!

Great stay

House was perfect for our family.Only suggestion is to get rid of the questionaire upon check in. It was really annoying, given the fact all the questions were completely redundant. Not a good way to start a vacation when I really just wanted to hang out with my family.

Perfect home choice for our 3 night beach vacation! The home is spotlessly clean & very well appointed. We enjoyed our home cooked meals with views of the ocean.The fully fenced landscaped yard made our early and late dog walks convenient and safe. Loved the night we enjoyed the firepit and enjoyed our dinner at the picnic table. Sweet Homes never disappoints!! Thank you for once again welcoming our party for a perfect beach holiday. Wonderful place!

This is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need as it is wonderfully equipped. Three full bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a view of the ocean, two gas fireplaces, large, open kitchen, and a two minute ride into town. We would stay here again and again and again

Such a Wonderful Home & Location

The home is set up perfectly for a family to enjoy time together and time apart; comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, game room is perfect, fenced yard is wonderful for furbabies. Location is perfect for getting to the ocean when the sun peaks out and for watching the tide come and go.

Beautiful views

We loved our stay here! Beautiful picture window views of waves crashing the rocks from primary bedroom, to woods views in lower bedroom and secondary upstairs bedrooms. There was plenty of separate living space for all, too. We also really enjoyed our evening picnic and fire pit time on our last night!

Wonderful stay in Yachats

This was one of my favorite VRBO properties. We loved Yachats! We fell asleep listening to the waves. We could walk to the beach in Yachats and would frequently see seals there. We visited Thor's Well, Cape Perpetua, Heceta Head Lighthouse, and Devil's Churn. It was a wonderful trip, and we plan on returning.

Well appointed with quality on all levels. Great quiet location. Beautiful view from the living room. Very family friendly. We stayed here with 3 generations and it worked so well. The grandkids loved the games and the proximity to a great Sandy beach just a short walk away.

House is larger than what we expected, very spacious and layout was perfect for us. Lots of natural light and awesome views. Everything worked well and all the finishes were super sweet. Nice walk to downtown Yachats. I will definitely book again with friends!

Attention to detail, views, and beautiful surroundings

Unexpectedly the owner has paid significant attention to all house details. The house is lovely with spectacular views! Very comfortable and beautifully furnished. My stay was simple, quiet, restful, and productive. The upstairs windows and looking out to the ocean felt like an elevated tower. It was fun and a pleasure to cook while looking at the sea. I hope to be back and will definitely rent this house again .

Gorgeous location!

This property is in an ideal Yachats location, and it would be great for a larger group (2-3 couples or equivalent). We loved looking out the upstairs picture window and watching the surf come in mornings, or the sunset at evening. The walk from the location of the house to Yachats town is absolutely beautiful, and relatively short (about 15 min). The property was very clean and well-kept. Our only wish is that there had been just *a little bit* of coffee for the Keurig on that first morning. Otherwise, lovely. Fenced yard good for both dogs and outdoor parties.

Great space for friends getaway

First impression... better than the listing. Super clean! The linens were nice and we're picky. The beachfront is a 2-minute walk away. Great ocean views from the living area. We had 3 couples, we each had private bed and bathroom. Lot's of room to cook and enjoy the conversation. We played games in the garage, did yoga in the downstairs living space, watched movies using their Roku, and spent our evenings with wine around the outdoor firepit. The Pacific Coast Trail is right next to the house for hiking the forest and walking along the beach. We'll stay again and bring our family next time. Thank you!

The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed... even two types of coffee makers, a Keurig and drip. Everything was well labeled and easy to understand. The street was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed tide pooling at sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

So Clean

We were blown away at the size and comfort of the house.We loved the views, we loved how close the ocean was. The house was immaculate.The kids loved the ping pong table and darts.The kitchen was fully stocked.It was a great experience and I will rent the house again, if we stay in Yachats!

Family Gathering

Three generations spent the week together at this lovely home. It was perfect for our group. We had plenty of room to spread out and a nice large dining table for game night and dinners watching the waves roll in. The garage game area was fantastic and the large fenced in back yard was great for sitting around the campfire. Close enough to walk to the beach or the market but on a short dead end road so we felt removed from town and traffic. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Great house in a great location

Very clean house with plenty of room for family of 3 plus a dog. Had a great game room in the garage - provided for some nice family fun during the rain. Also, a nice distance from Yachats and the small beach in Yachats - it was a real easy and pleasant walk to both.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful and well kept. The layout allows you to gather or spread out. The kitchen has all the essentials and more to cook with. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, fantastic location!

We were very pleased with our stay at this house...the size of the home and the lot, the accommodations, the VERY well-stocked kitchen, and the yard was a huge plus! We also loved that we were so close to the ocean - we had a wonderful view, and we could listen to the surf all night. The only slight issue we experienced was the washing machine leaking when we tried to do some laundry...aside from that, everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
