Family vacation

The location was perfect. Loved being able to sit in the living room and watch the waves roll in. The older children enjoyed looking at the tide pools during low tide.

Some of the best views on the Oregon Coast! Rental had everything you could ever want. Most things in town are within walking distance. Mattresses could definitely use an update. Overall a beautiful well-cared for property, will be back when we're in Yachats again.

Perfect getaway

Seaside Cottage was the perfect place to relax. The view cannot be beat and we had gorgeous weather every day. The cottage was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great location to walk to coffee shops and restaurants as well as to the beaches. We will be back!

Location and views are amazing! House is very clean, comfortable and is charmingly decorated. It feels very private - if you leave one north-facing window shade down in the living room then the view from the couch has no other houses in view.

Beautiful stay!

Gorgeous house right on the ocean. The property manager was very responsive and gave clear communication throughout the process. They have tons of games stockpiled in the house and it was so much fun to just step outside and be 5 minutes away from beach access. Would love to come back here!

Amazing seaside cottage

We loved our stay at this amazing seaside cottage. The views and sunsets were stunning. We had a hard time leaving to do other activities as the views are so captivating. The beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed and then some. The fire pit and smores were the icing on the cake. We have found our new happy place. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with us, we definitely want to stay again.

A great first time experience with Vrbo

Not too big, not too small, but just right for one family or small group of friends. Location excellent for ocean views, wonderful sitting area; near small town grocery store; and near great hiking and scenery at Cape Perpetua. Well appointed kitchen. The home is light and bright and someone's dream. If you stay there, we hope you treat it with the same care.

A great place to feel good.

My wife and sister-in-law and I stayed there week of Nov. 9-15. It was so delightful and the best stocked and furnished place we have stayed. It was really a place we could call home. Unbelievable view before the storm hit and when the storm it was even better with a magnificent view out the windows and from surf edge at the end of the property. And of course, Yachats was its usual delight. We loved it and will be back. 👍😊😊

Wonderful place - will definitely try to come back. Sitting on the deck watching the ocean, birds, and seals- mesmerizing. Great location. We had perfect weather. Only negatives - tv is no good unless you stream. Comfort height toilets would be nice - can you tell that we ate old!

The Perfect Stay

My husband and I have been vacationing on the Oregon coast for 25 years and this cottage was perfect in every way and hands down the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect and the cottage was a delight—clean, bright and comfortable with so many welcoming touches like snacks in the kitchen, baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you might have forgotten and great books in every room. The beds were heavenly! Katy from the rental agency was wonderful to work with and attentive to our needs! We can’t wait to come back!

Most wonderful vacation

We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful view we had and the beauty of the ocean only a few yards away that we couldn't quit taking pictures of the ocean. I do feel it would be a poor place for children of any age due to the drop off to the ocean and the natural curiosity of children to want to explore but as adults we were over joyed with the experience. The cabin was well stocked and very clean. I hope to return again to enjoy this beautiful spot on the Oregon Coast. Thank you.

Best home we've ever rented on the Oregon Coast

We've stayed in several rentals on the Oregon Coast, but never one like this. Incredible view, sleeping to the booming sound of the surf, everything we could possibly need and more, and even a welcoming gift! If you're looking for a 5-star resort, this isn't it. But if you want a house that feels like home, THIS IS IT. We will be back - this is now our go-to home-away-from-home. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an upfront and personal peaceful retreat in quiet Yachats OR where we have been enjoying the ambience for over 30 years. This Seaside Cottage was the perfect place - cozy, warm and quiet...well except for the calming ocean roar! We didn't turn on the TV once - had amazing sunny warm winter weather and spent most of our time outside hiking or just sitting on the deck watching the wild Oregon Coast.
