the coffee maker in the room was broken and wouldn't close properly. I called the front desk in the morning. It was mother's day and this outting was a treat to myself. I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me. I asked if they could borrow one from an empty room and they told me no as the maintenance man usually does that and "it's his day off." I was told to come downstairs and get coffee. A hotel is supposed to specialize in customer service and this was the worst customer service I've experienced.

The staff was horrible. The room was nice minus the fault going off in the fire alarm room all night. It was nicely remodeled but the staff including the manager was horrible. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he could not be bothered with customer complaints.

We needed a one-night stay in a hurry and there was room here at a reasonable price. The hotel feels like new inside as it has been remodeled and is now a La Quinta. We had a good stay. It's not overly fancy but very tasteful. The bed was wonderful for me, cozy and a bit softer than my husband likes. It had everything we needed. The room felt clean and safe. Our truck was safe too in the fenced lot. I would stay here again.

We had a long layover in Seattle (mid-night to 11:00am) so we needed a place to spend the night. This hotel fit the bill, not too pricy, transportation to and from the airport provided, and free breakfast. It is an older hotel, but was clean. Staff was friendly. We have stayed here 2 other times.

The property is currently under construction and there was a name change so those things threw me off as I was attempting to find the hotel. Due to the renovations the inside is very nice and clean! The outside is under construction so the noise level in the morning was higher though not to the point you couldn’t rest. We didn’t experience a lot of interaction with the staff other than checking in or out. It was the typical stuff though we can’t say they were overly friendly or welcoming, just the ordinary taking your card and telling us about breakfast hours. We were offered a selection between the first or third floor though we were not aware the first floor is more like the basement and the check in area is actually the second floor. Overall a good stay and would go back due to the location being in close proximity to where we needed to go

We booked through Expedia and were not aware The property was under construction, until we got there. The staff were very understanding, and did everything they could for us. The new rooms are very nice. The indoor, heated pool was amazing!!

Currently under renovation, construction was loud. I feel like a discount of some sort on rooms during this period should be offered. The Customer service check in was not friendly or welcoming. Pool was open which was great and complimentary breakfast was nice.

We were not aware that the hotel was under construction. Housekeeping did not even come to our room once during our visit, not even to pick up trash, clean the room, or give us new towels. Psrking was terrible due to the construction. I was afraid I would run over some nails or that something would fall on my car. The complimentary breakfast was decent and we were happy about that.

Property under construction which woke me up at 7am! Construction literally at my door. No mention of construction at booking. Gym closed due to construction. Could not get any hot water in the shower. Name of hotel changed so I drove around looking for it. Had to call and staff confirmed name of hotel. Horrible experience.

The hotel is undergoing construction so the hallways and lobby are a mess. The front desk clerk at checkin was very polite and friendly. Check in process was easy. The room was very clean, fresh and newly updated. I wasn’t a fan of the sliding bathroom door.

You couldn’t find the property where the hotel was. It was under massive construction. There was scaffolding and debris everywhere even at the front entrance. My mother who is elderly and disabled was with me. It was unsafe we didn’t even end up staying there. And drove straight through the night all the way home, because it was so unsafe there. I would actually like a refund to my credit card.

Open during construction?
When I arrived I thought the place was shut down because of the construction. Even once I went inside I was shocked to see the condition of the lobby. I checked in anyway and was pleasantly surprised to see that my room was brand new. However, the smoke alarm went off repeatedly in the middle of the night leaving me with almost NO SLEEP. They should probably be closed for business during remodeling.
