There is a bench swing near the shoreline, picnic blankets in the unit, and a pair of Adirondack chairs with which to enjoy the property. Enjoy a peaceful walk down Lakeshore Drive to the acclaimed Yalaha Bakery. 25 minutes to Mount Dora, 15 minutes to Tavares, 15 minutes to Leesburg. 10 minutes to the Tavares boat ramp, 10 minutes to the Leesburg boat ramp. The dock is dilapidated, and for your safety, guests are not allowed to use it. There is plenty of space to park a trailered boat.
