"The front desk, Stephanie L went above abe beyond! I would stay here again because she made me feel like a VIP, as she did with everyone else who checked in. She is great and very professional with New Haven charm! Thanks Stephanie!"

"The parking was not secure. A lot of illegal drug activity going on on the premises. Plumbing fixtures were not working properly. In adequate seating in the room."

"The food was absolutely delicious!! However, some of the staff were rude, inconsiderate, and frankly didn’t seem to want to “deal with us.” On a positive note, one of the bartenders and receptionist were delightful to talk with and were patient, and respectful. Along with this, the cleanliness of the room was simply okay. There were stains on the bedding, no liners in the trash cans, and the floor had salt and stains marks on it as well. And when we tried to ask for housekeeping to clean it while we were away, we came back to a room in the same condition as we left it unfortunately. Overall, a pretty decent experience, but 4 stars because the staff members that were out of this world brought the experience up from 2 stars. "
