"The staff here could not have been more friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to make us feel special and welcome, thankyou Çagla and the rest of the team! The food was incredible, rooms and pool were beautiful and we had the most wonderful time! The music at night time could be very loud, but for us it was okay as we were out most nights :)"

"I rarely write reviews, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We booked two rooms and opted for the deluxe double room. Upon arrival, we were horrified to find mold covering the bathroom and walls. The smell was overwhelming, making the room completely uninhabitable—especially since I have asthma and my friend has allergies. We immediately informed the hotel, but they refused a refund and instead offered an "upgrade" at an outrageous extra cost of 25,000 Turkish Liras...
