Just 20 minutes drive from the city centre and skiing site. The staff is very helpfull and polite. The room is very clean and tidy. The onsen is on the top floor with a very good view. A highly recommended hotel.

Great value for money and very friendly staff

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and tried their best to communicate to my friends and I in English. They did a great job providing the information we needed for our stay. The facilities are great, especially the public baths. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in the area. My friends and I had visited the Zaō Fox Village then drive along the mountains to get to the hotel. Overall it was very good value for money and we were able to stay longer.

My room was dark, reeked of smoke and small. I was offered another larger room with view and had to pay more. The manager said he would waive the extra costs but at the bill when I checked out, he did not waive it. The food was mediocre. Hotel is not next to another, it was expensive to take taxi.

ハロウィンの飾りがたくさんでウキウキしました。季節感たっぷりです。本やボードゲームもたくさんあり楽しめました。 日帰り入浴の方もいましたが、宿泊者専用のフリードリンクコーナーもありよかったです。 食事も美味しかったです。 スタッフの方も山形弁で出迎えと見送りをしてくださりホッコリしました。

宿泊したお部屋がカビ臭くて、窓を開けても取れなかったのはマイナスです。また、予約サイトで料金○○円となっていて、すごい高級は部屋なのかと思ったのですが、普通の部屋でした。サイトの割引とクーポン使って、実際に支払った金額に見合った部屋だと思うしかないのかと。日帰り入浴の方も多いので、妻は到着した夕方・夜ともお風呂のカゴが空いておらず、入れなかったと嘆いていました。 一方で、アルコールも有るドリンク飲み放題だったり、たくさんの本が用意してあったりと、いろいろなサービスが受けられるのはプラスです。ホテルスタッフの対応も良かったので、もっと少し日帰り客が少なかったら、もう一度泊ろうかな、と思います。

2歳、4歳の子供と一緒に泊まりました。キッズスペースが充実していて、フリードリンクもあり、子どもが遊んでいるのを見ながら大人も休めて大変ありがたかったです。夕食も美味しくボリューム満点でした。施設の方も皆様親切でお見送りは車が見えなくなるまで手を振ってくださいました。ありがとうございました。

まさにおもてなしの温泉ホテル。公共スペースが多く、一日中リラックスでき、フリードリンクも備えてあります。レセプションの方がチェックイン時に部屋まで案内してくれ、久しぶりの感激しました。このホテルのファンになりました。食事も充実しており、レストランでいつでもアラカルトの食事がとれますので、コース料理を事前に予約して時間を気にして行く必要もないですし、朝食の種類、内容、クオリティも充実。

スタッフの気遣い、心配りが素晴らしかったです。3部屋10名で利用しましたが、満場一致でまた来ようという話になりました。今回はアメリカから来た兄夫婦と、お嫁さんの山形のご実家のご家族との親睦会でした。お料理も美味しく、ボリュームがありました。

客室は昔の面持ちが残っていましたが、リニューアルして過ごしやすかったです。トイレのレバーが昔のトイレでしたが、不快な感じはしませんでした。みんなが集える空間ではフリードリンクを楽しめたり、ゲームの貸し出しもあり家族で楽しめました。我が家はマンガ大好きな子供たちたので、チェックアウトまで存分に楽しんでいました。

日頃のご褒美に4室限定の特別室に宿泊しました。部屋が広くゆったりのんびり出来ましたし、プランがスタンダードなので料理等に特別は期待していませんでしたが、予想外の半個室でのブランド米と美味しい料理に満足できました。何より最初のフロントの方から館内スタッフ料理スタッフまで気遣いが素晴らしく、また来たいと思わせてくれる宿です。桜の時期にまた行きます！

Lieu très calme où il fait bon se relaxer et se détendre. Personnel très sympathique, mention spéciale à Miku, qui parle un excellent français. Grande chambre, très propre. Le repas est excellent et aussi le petit déjeuner japonais.
