Everything that is great about Yamba is a short walk away; from cafes, restaurants, shops, clubs and parks, to the white sand and blue sea of Pippi Beach. This is a property that offers absolute convenience to ensure an easy and enjoyable holiday will be had.

Generous in size, this three bedroom townhouse is one that is well planned to deliver comfortable living. On the lower level you will find the lounge, kitchen, and dining spaces, all of which are open and light flowing out to the private fully fenced courtyard. You will also find a laundry that features an additional toilet and shower along with a single garage and single carport.

On the upper level of the residence is where you will find three very spacious bedrooms as well as the three way bathroom which has been ideally designed to service the bedrooms with ease.

The master bedroom is over-sized, with a sitting area and air conditioning. Air conditioning is also on offer in the other bedrooms & lower level of the property, ensuring comfort all year round.

Clippers 1 is for the budget minded traveller. It is the perfect place to reconnect with the simple pleasures of a beach house and seaside living.
