"I called and let them know I was going to be a late check and they were very helpful when my family I arrived unlike other places the staff is horrible when you are late but this staff was helpful and appreciated. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well and the fridge worked. I definitely will stay again on way through again next time"

"Overall, a fabulous hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was super clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was on point. The only disappointment was that I had to pay to park at the hotel. Not sure what that’s all about."

"Very convenient. The staff was friendly. The food at Harrison’s restaurant was very good. Our car battery died while we were there and the maintenance guy helped without hesitation to jump off the car so we could get it fixed. Recommend Napa auto parts in town and the garage behind it. Highly recommend this hotel since it’s just outside the downtown area, it’s quiet but not far to all the shops and ski lift area."

"Wonderful, quaint spot right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. Not a 5-star boutique hotel by any means but what a pleasant delight upon arrival. We got the junior family suite or whatever they call it; had a queen bed in one room then a Jack and Jill style bathroom connecting the room to 2 twin beds. Perfect for a family of 4! Great to have designated parking, staff was 10/10, Clear, concise communication. I’d definitely stay at the Bristol again."

"Can't beat the location, walkable to anywhere in town. Great for outdoor activities in the summer, easy to rent bikes, tubes for the river, etc. Overall great stay"
