I had a wonderful experience thanks to Raul at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he welcomed me warmly and made me feel at ease. Raul was attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any questions or requests I had. His friendly attitude and genuine kindness really stood out and made my stay much more enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who truly embodies excellent customer service the way Raul does—I sincerely appreciate all his help!

Served its purpose to provide a bedfor the night. We did not like finding out after we got here that we had to pay for parking. Especially since the parking area was huge and had few cars in it.
