The hotel is beautiful. It is very clean. The rooms towards the street are very noisy. The hair dryer was not working and it took them about 2 hours to get me a new one.The water dispenser needs to be rebooted by staff if there is some kind of service interruption. Overall, I liked the hotel very much but these were the things I experienced.They are not fast with room service.

First ever high-end hotel stay & OH MY! Everything was perfect. There was a little damage by the shower, we didn’t care & they offered a different room - we said no and they gave us a FREE bottle of wine, 2 sets of chocolates & 2 plates of specialty dried fruit, specialty cheeses & thin sliced bagel. They did not have to do that!! The staff was friendly & was 100% the best, fanciest & cleanest hotel I was in. Was worth the price!!

Love the aesthetics of the room and hotel. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom has a wonderful shower with great water pressure.
