"This was a conveniently located hotel near 2 train stations that made it easy to get to any of the cities around the imperial palace within half an hour. The breakfast buffet was decent, though not as good as some of our other hotel stays. It’s the main reason I’m not giving a 5-star review. Otherwise the place was a solid hotel and comfortable for a family of 4. "

"This was a great place to stay. For a first timer in Tokyo this was a great location - near train station, across from park, lots to do within walking distance. Great location for taxi pickup also. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were super friendly and helpful. Did pay for the breakfast every morning, it was just fine. Bath house was nice with a great view. Would highly recommend!"

"We liked being in the middle of the city. There are sometimes lots of people for events at the Dome but it’s not the tourist crowd. Being a tall building you sometime need to wait for elevator. Convenient to many train/subway lines. And fun to have a great view of the city. "

"The rooms are a bit smaller than they look in the pictures, but still good size. Five of us (three adults, two kids) in there was a bit cramped with all our luggage, but we still managed. Having a kitchenette was very convenient. The train is close by, but not too noisy and stopped running from midnight to 6am, so not too disruptive. Overall, well worth it. "

"First place we stayed in Tokyo so as a Westerner it was a bit of a shock with how small the room was. 4hangers on the wall. No counter space in the bathroom. A small desk. You had to step up to the bathroom and we couldn’t figure out the lighting. It was either all on or all off? BUT, the location was wonderful for an authentic feel for local Tokyo living. The room was super quiet, the beds were so comfy and the included spa is my dream amenity. I want to go back just for that. Very friendly staff although the language barrier was hard to get information but they tried so sweetly! If we come back to Tokyo we WILL stay here."
