Newly Renovated - Suite Springs

  • Nestled in on a quiet, residential street, Suite Springs is equipped with all of the niceties of home along with the luxuries you desire while on vacation. WiFi is accessible throughout the guest suite for those mixing business and pleasure or for catching up on your favorite Netflix series. Coffee and tea are provided to get the day off to a great start. Make yourself at home and take in the sounds of nature on the patio or grill up burgers on the barbe. Take a leisurely bike ride or a brisk walk downtown where you will quickly become part of the local scene. Sip on coffee or tea from one of the local coffee shops as you check out the unique flavor downtown has to offer. Whether you're in the mood to sip, shop or dine, there is something for everyone in Yellow Springs.
    Cozy up with a blanket and chill on the cozy pull-out sofa or listen to birds chirp from the comfort of the luxurious queen size bed. We want guests to feel at home, so a washer and dryer are provided. Fury friends are welcome, with advanced notice please, and ask a small $25 stay fee per pooch.
    Enjoy a hassle-free, no-contact check in with our smart lock system. A one-time code will be sent to guests before check in to ensure ease of arrival. Don't worry, we change the code for each stay to ensure that privacy is maintained. The suite has its own private entrance and backyard access. The wrap around porch on the western side of the house is a great place to have morning coffee or a night cap.

It's a cute house in a quiet area. For the most part it was peaceful. The bedroom was comfortable, but my friend slept on the futon in the living room and found yhe seam between sections a bit uncomfortable. Once we figured out parking, it was fine, but the first night, we got in late and parked to allow a pick up truck space to get out, but a van pulled in and I could not get to my driver seat. Instructions letting guests know about the vehicles and to move way to the right. But other than that, it was a nice place.

Lovely residential property, private entrance from the main house with a comfy outdoor sitting area for guests. My first time in yellow springs and I totally fell in love with the town. Jon was very kind and incredibly helpful with check in. Space was clean and well stocked, they even provided light breakfast snacks! Wifi process was easy, and Roku worked great. Hosts had a binder explaining all of the specifics. We also appreciated the off-street parking!

Great location and cozy quarters

Cozy Suite in Yellow Springs

Tucked away in quite neighboorhood is this hidden gem! Suite is just as described and as photos show except the bedroom is larger than it looks! Comfortable bed , soft sheets and blankets. Hope to get to stay again!

The room was clean. Location was good. It was noisy because you could hear other tenants in the house like they were in the room with you. There was a locked barn door between the spaces which was a little strange.

Yellow Springs

The space was perfect for me. I came alone, and didn't need to cook. It was so comfortable and clean. The host provided everything I needed. The location was quiet, and close to everything I wanted to do while in Yellow Springs. Highly recommend for 1-2 people who are coming to enjoy Yellow Springs!

1st time in Ohio

The bed was large and comfortable. The only sink in the place was the bathroom so for someone who drinks a lot of water and stayed for a few days, it was less than ideal. My fault for not noticing that when I booked. The location is nice and close to town so walked there a couple times. I didn't check out the icecream shop but it looked yummy!

Clean stay

Clean room and stay. No issues at all. If you’re a walker it’ll take 15-20 minutes to get to downtown Yellow Springs. Uber was $7.00. Quiet, safe neighborhood and walking is safe and easy as well. Actually saw deer along the way. Very friendly town

Great weekend get away

I was in town for a wedding and a couple of days to relax and unplug. When I arrived I met the host (Jon) briefly outside. He was very welcoming, and pleasant. We had a great conversation, and he was available by text if I needed anything. The space is like an in-law suite connected to their home. So you share a wall. There was no issue with noise or privacy. The home was clean and had everything I needed. Plenty of privacy and close to downtown, within walking distance. I did some shopping, checked out a local brewery and went on a long hike. While at the house I was able to sit outside on the wooden deck and relax. Sitting outside saw bunnies, baby squirrels and even a deer walking through the neighborhood. Check in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again. :)

Communication was great. Nicely decorated interior and very up to date. Some noise from owners area as they walked around at night, but not too distracting and to be expected when guest area adjoins. Downtown YS walkable although we drove due to the heat. We were able to easily park 2 cars on the driveway. Appreciated the tips on dining in the binder. Thanks!
