"Good place to stay in Ha Giang, a bit outside the main part of town which was both good and bad: good in that it was quieter, and less likely to be a roudy, party-like atmosphere, but this also means that you have to walk a bit to reach restaurants if you want (the hotel does have a restaurant on site, so that helps). A couple of things brought this down to a four-star review: 1) We were woken up by roosters very early in the morning. While this is likely out of the hotel's control, it's something to be aware of. 2) The room was cold, and while a space heater was provided it didn't work with the outlets provided in the room. This might have been due to the somewhat unseasonable cold weather that northern Vietnam was having when we visited, so if it was warmer outside this probably wouldn't be an issue."

"The bedding looked and smelled dirty, it was cold in the room and there is no heat, I was woke up in the morning asking for payment even though I already payed when the room was booked. I guess you get what you pay for"

"We had a great stay here. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent, except that the coffee was not hot. I am not sure why. We stayed three nights and the coffee were never hot in the morning. We really enjoyed the area the hotel is in. During the weekend the street in front of the hotel becomes part of the city's night market and entertainment. It's not a big gathering, but enough to gave us some cultural experiences. The hotel is also in walking distances to restaurants so you don't really need to get a taxi. I recommend this hotel for your stay in Ha Giang. "

"The location is very center. It is easy to get to many famous places in Hanoi. Max and his staffs are kindly and helpful. In there you can book the good tours also. I had good experience and definitely come back this hotel next time. Thanks "
