This is one bedroom apartment located in the heart of Yerevan and just 3 minute away from Opera and Cascade. This apartment has 1 queen bed and one large sofa and can accommodate 2 people + 1 child. The apartment is spacious well equipped and very central.

Euro repair, furniture, kitchen, home appliances, hot and cold water, LSD TV, wify, cable TV, city center, convenient and reliable. Cascade, Opera, Northern Avenue, Republic Square-3-5 minutes walk. This light fully furnished one-bedroom apartment is rented on a daily basis. Local heating, WIFY, installed air conditioning. Tastefully chosen furniture. Iron, accessories. Our comfortable and comfortable studio apartment is ideally for everyone!
