"Property was clean with instant coffee and bikkies! Just what was needed after the long drive from Sydney. I was in an EV and there was a Chargefox charger outside the unit. All good. Would stay there again with an easy walk to town "

"What a special stay in animal view lodge. Wonderful staff (special thanks to Jacob and Claire for our excursions, but also guest house staff). Breakfast and dinner where menus were multiple and food was an excellent quality. Peaceful and calming viewing nature from your front deck 🙂"

"We only stayed overnight so didn’t check all the amenities. Room was clean,spacious and bed very comfortable. Noise from the trucks on the highway was very loud all night. Staff at check in counter was very friendly and helpful. "

"The tent was great! Location is great. Was lovely to receive a call on the day of our arrival to check our ETA. Very disappointed that the attached restaurant (apparently run separately) was closed as they had a ‘kids eat free in April’ deal that we couldn’t use. Wifi is also unavailable except in the main building - which makes it pretty much pointless. All round a good experience."

"I recently stayed at Macquarie Inn Dubbo for business. The room itself was clean and well-presented, which I appreciated. However, my stay was significantly impacted on the Monday night due to very loud music coming from the pub. The noise was so intense that my room was vibrating, and it continued until around midnight. As I was travelling for work, this made it very difficult to rest. While I understand that noise can occur from time to time, I was surprised there was no prior warning on arrival. When I raised the issue with reception, the response felt dismissive, and no support or solution was offered. My company frequently uses this accommodation, so this experience was disappointing. While the rooms are well maintained, clearer communication and a more responsive approach to guest concerns would greatly improve the experience."

"The motel was central and the rooms were at the back of the property so not too much road noise. The beds were super comfy and so soft. We were in a family room and there was plenty of space. Didn’t see any staff when checking in our out. We dined at the onsite Japanese restaurant all you can eat and the found and service were amazing."
