"Location is good. Staff were helpful and provided what we needed. There’s no iron/board in the room but it will be sent to the room upon request. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choices. I reserved a non smoking room. I’m very sensitive with the cigarette smell and I can smell some remnants of the smell of the cigarettes. We were offered to transfer to another room."

"Great location. Five minutes walk from Yokohama station. Easy access to Haneda airport. Shops, restaurants and convenience stores close by. Nice clean room. Two large beds and sofa bed for the three of us. Coffee and kettle provided. Shower gel, shampoo and condition in bathroom as well as complementary toiletries at front desk. Clean towels every day. We also used the laundry and vending machines. Staff were very polite and friendly and we were each given a voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar (wine, iced tea or juice) We really enjoyed staying at The Knot Hotel. "
