"This was one of the best hotel rooms we've had in Japan after living and travelling throughout Japan for 5 years. This is a new hotel so it doesn't have the stale smoke smell or 1980s era alarm clock. Our room was very spacious with a kitchenette (stove, microwave, large refrigerator, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils), clothes washing machine, seating area with table. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find but the hotel provided excellent directions to get to to the lobby. Although the reception desk was not at the entrance but around the corner which many guests had trouble finding. The hotel occupies floors 4 through 12 and the rest of the building are condos. Our room was on 12th floor facing the train tracks. We could hear some train noise but wasn't too bad. Could be an issue if you're a light sleeper. Housekeeping service was excellent and gave options of full service, towels or no service. Hotel is walkable to many restaurants, shopping, and train station. Overall a fabulous hotel and one we'd stay again."

"This was the second time we stayed at Shin-Yokohama Associa Hotel on our way to the airport at Haneda. We especially like the ease of getting to the hotel after getting off the bullet train and then taking the bus to Haneda from the same building. In addition, the hotel is clean and bright. The staff are patient and helpful. The lounge is a nice amenity."

"We had a wonderful stay at Futako Tamagawa Excel Hotel Tokyu. The room was lovely and very clean, and the location was excellent for exploring the area. A real highlight was the onsen on the 29th floor — such a relaxing bonus with great views. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, which made everything easy. We’d happily stay here again."

"Conveniently located near Yokohama Station hence never short of eateries. Great connectivity to other point of interests . Tokyo is 30 mins away on train hence for those wish to save a few $ This is a good place to consider."
