"Our first visit to a Citadines hotel and we were really impressed. Clean, comfortable room, efficient staff, great location right next to the metro station (Nihon Odori station on the Minotomirai line, follow the signs for exit 4 and turn left to reach the door to the hotel). They offer free and good coffee in the lobby and in a guest lounge on the 7th floor. We opted to upgrade to a room with a view of the harbour and that was pleasant. A great base to come back to after a day's exploration and we will definitely look for this brand again."
