Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Did not receive any communication from the host upon arrival. Sent multiple messages. Its been over two weeks and still no response. Upon arrival no way to access. This was after a flight from the US so had to scramble to find a room at night in the middle of Kamakura. The ROOM (since its not a hotel) was located on the fourth floor-- with very narrow stair case- making it impossible to carry luggage up to the room. This was not advertised at all. I have been in Japan for 28 years and this is highly unusual.

This is a very nice Party house? very loud street noises. I wore ear plugs and slept very quietly. Rakuten's help line was no help.
