Self check in while staff not doing anything, “premium” rooms just average, REALLY expensive food and drinks with very small sizes in hotel bar. Breakfast buffet small and limited choice. Filter coffee only. Not recommended

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake
Room was clean and staff was helpful. I was surprised the room did not have complimentary tea or coffee. The parking discount was very helpful. Connection to mall and onsen was convenient. Expedia’s offer to include onsen access at booking was also helpful.
