First hotel I have ever been to that immediately rejected even starting the check in process at 1pm. Yes I get check in time is 3pm but do you really want everyone lining up at 3pm to check in. Probably not. Start check in as people come and then call them when the room is available. Absolute turn off from the start. I even told them I would be checking out super early (which I did) but they didn’t care. Room also had an obnoxious humming noise on and off all day and night that interrupted my sanity and sleep. Used none of the amenities but still paid the resort fees. Yes it’s close to cool spots but not worth it at all. Stay somewhere nicer and take transportation. Would never go back here.
