Brand-new Mitsubishi mini split for central AC and heat. Beautiful views of Skipper Bay on Barn Point. Short walk to Short Sands Beach and to Cape Neddick Beach. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Comfortable Lazy-Boy furniture in the living room. Hang out in the bright and comfy front porch or cook out in the back yard. Enjoy dinner on the spacious back deck.
