Unless someone is desperate and there is no other hotel in town, I would not stay at this hotel. The cleaning staff fails to maintain the rooms and/or report any issues for the maintenance crew to repair. When I checked in - - The toilet paper was left on top of the toilet because there was no roller pin in the dispenser. - There were no tissues in the tissue dispenser below the sink. - There were no drinking cups on the bathroom sink. - There were only 2 clothes hangers with about 8 clips hanging from the clothes rod. - There was a loose wire coming out of the wall and laying on the recliner chair next to the window. - The hair dryer wall plug was falling apart and was very hard to get to work. - They toilet handle was broken, and in order to flush it, you had to push down VERY HARD to get it to work. With all these problems, one wonders why the cleaning staff can't see the issues and get the maintenance staff to fix them before a customer is assigned the room. This place is a living disaster, and Wyndham Hotels should be held accountable. But it appears they only care about the revenue stream they get from these low budget hotel chains - Days Inn and Super 8 to name two I had the misfortune to stay at while in York, PA. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! And never stay at any Wyndham Hotel establishment. And I wonder if anyone ever reads these reviews and takes decisive action for fix them.

I have stayed at 100s of hotels throughout the world. This was, by far the worst. It was filthy, in ill repair, lacking basics, and had a clueless staff—just dreadful. Why would this hotel even be an option on Expedia? It had favorable reviews. I spent over $500.00 on my feet sticking to the carpet, and no iron, no tissues, no coffee, scum on walls and surfaces, no TV guide, TV signal going in and out, key auto-deprogrammed 7AM morning of checkout, maid service only if ask for it, breakfast area furniture gross. Unbelievable.

There was nothing we liked about this hotel. 1st off our room had no electricity when we entered the room. Called the deck and were told to give them 15 minutes and they would turn on the circuit breaker. In the mean time my grand daughter and I check the room with the flash light on our phones. It was filthy there were chicken bones rotting beside a chair. thick dust and dirt every where. The refrigerator was filthy with sticky goop every where. Before they even turned the lights on we were out of there. It was disgustingly filthy. Shady people walking around out side. Did not feel safe. Offered us a second room which had cockroaches running around it. We left them know we will not be staying her, They would not refund our money because they said we used the room for 20 minutes. Stay far away from this hotel it is unsafe and filthy.
