"We recently stayed at this property for our son’s football regional championship game. While the rooms weren’t perfect—the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and the AC in the living room wasn’t cooling—the rooms were at least clean and comfortable enough for our needs. What truly made our stay memorable was Tonya, the lady working the breakfast bar. She went above and beyond every single morning to make sure we were taken care of. Her friendliness, attention, and genuine care made all the difference. She made us feel welcome, supported, and honestly turned what could’ve been an average stay into a great one. Tonya is definitely the highlight of this property. Because of her, we left with a wonderful experience despite the room issues. Hotels need more people like her! "
