This place seems so close to excellence, but just misses the mark. For example, we had a shower with at least 6 different shower heads, but only one worked. The hot tub was very nice, but less than half the jets worked. And finally the breakfast was a separate charge, which is fine, but the quality was the same or worse than other property's free breakfast. I feel like this was once a great property, but choices have been made to tarnish it slightly.

Great stay. Close to Rogers Centre, lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Excellent continental breakfast. Only downside was the elevators are extremely busy and crowded especially in the morning with guests heading to breakfast and then leaving restaurants- long line ups. Overall though a great stay and we we absolutely stay here again.

Check in was horrible. A 30 Minute wait with along line up. No apologies from staff. Understanding its world cup week, and canada day weekend and July 4th weekend Fairmont could have done better. When i finally raised a concern i got an empty apology. Staffing and streamlining guest access can be better.
