The check in and out was very smooth. Our room was clean and updated; however, we were surprised that the room didn’t have an iron and ironing board, and the pillows were very flat. It was good for our quick overnight visit and the price was certainly good.

Parking and check in was easy. The front desk was friendly and prompt. The room was impeccably clean. All of the linens were white. Everything seemed to be wiped down smelled fresh and the air conditioning was great. I’m actually shocked that I paid the price I did. I would’ve thought that a room like that would’ve went for more. I definitely will come back if I’m in the area!

Staff were wonderful and the location was great. A lot around the hotel. The room was great. The bed was horrible , felt like sleeping on plywood. I was disappointed because I really liked the hotel and wanted to stay additional night but just couldn’t sleep in that bed again .

I was on the first floor near the entrance and heard their security door open and close (loudly) at least 200 times. Property was clean and in good repair. No curtains on the window - just hard to seal blinds. Lots of nearby road noise from motorcycles and large trucks. So - facility was in decent shape, but noise dampening was bad.

The room smelled really bad when we first walked in. Found the trash can was full (including dirty diapers). The window was left open (assuming they were airing it out). Dishwasher wasn’t emptied as well. The staff handled the issue immediately and we appreciate their efforts.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable along with the bed frame that was noisey, which made resting difficult. The room was also missing basic amenities such as Kleenex, mirror, iron/ironing board and coffee maker in the room which would have added to the convenience of the stay. Overall, the service and cleanliness were great, but these issues impacted my comfort.

The room was clean, i liked the kitchen inside. I was very comfortable there and barely left my room. I ended up extending my trip for three more days because I liked it so much. The only negative is the people who checked in towards my last three days who had an obnoxious child who ran/stumped above me waking me up around 6am or around midnight. Oh and the signal went out on half of the live tv channels but I was supposed to be studying while there anyway so it didn't bother me too much.

The Woodspring Hotel was very clean and neat upon arrival. One thing that I appreciated as a young woman travelling alone is that the entrance into the rooms was secured by a keypad that could only be accessed by a room key. In addition, the parking lot was well lit since the entrance of the hotel was off from a fairly busy street in York County. Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy!

Rooms are clean. The only issue was the door key not working occasionally and the overworked/undermanned staff who did their best. I was pleased with my stay. Clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Good area. Lots of food and retail surrounding.

Pros - this hotel is super affordable and fairly modern and clean, and the staff was helpful and kind. Location is good for getting around and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Large parking lot, but lots of potholes in one entrance and the other entrance is shady without any signage, having to go through a drugstore parking lot to get to the hotel parking lot. Cons - So many. The biggest reason for the 3 rating are the beds. You can see in most other reviews. The beds are simple metal frames, thin mattresses, and no box springs. They are uncomfortable and more importantly they are incredibly squeaky and noisy. Each bed has 3 square "pillows" that are maybe 12" x 12" at most, and not real pillows at all. Super lumpy, uncomfortable, and tiny. There are other cons to this hotel, but what you need most in a hotel is a decent place to sleep. And this, unfortunately, is not it. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighboring room have a normal conversation. The hotel is advertised as an extended stay, but in order to stay for longer than a weekend, you will need to bring everything in yourself. There is a kitchenette with completely bare shelves and drawers. Not even a water cup. Super weird. No hangers in the closet. No curtains on the window, just blinds that let in lots of light to wake you up early. If you're on a tight budget, maybe stay here! But bring your own pillows, an eye mask, ear plugs, and kitchen gear.
