"Teri is a great hostess. She was always available if anything was needed. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. I would suggest adding a shelf in the shower area in the Hemingway rooms so there's a place for shampoo and soap, etc. Overall a very good experience."

"We really enjoyed the house and renting the pontoon. We had a fun beach day and caught some smallmouth bass in Lake Charlevoix. The house is nice but kitchen is a little dated. The outside grounds were under construction but once it’s completed, it will be beautiful. "

"This property was just adorable. Super cozy. It had everything we needed. It was a short drive from downtown and so close to petoskey and other cities. Laura the property manager was quick to respond. Will definitely recommend to friends and be back there again!"
"Very spacious with plenty of beds. The only negative points of note was a slight odor/mildew smell when first entering the house and 1 partial roll of toilet paper for 6 people over a couple night stay was not nearly enough."
