"I had a great stay. We went up with 3 families, each with two kids and everyone had a blast. The house has a spectacular kitchen with an open concept that accommodated all of us comfortably. Location was great, quick drive from Toronto and then you’re immediately on a lake. Kids loved heading on the lake with kayaks, the gas fireplace, and just lounging in the pool. The town was also very close to pick up any last minute supplies and to just walk around with nice little shops and restaurants....

"Lovely stay! the cottage was very hot (no AC) but that’s alrightgreat set up! can’t swim, too shallow, but very fun"

" The unkept and neglected exterior led to a grubby interior. One of the plastic deck chairs was broken and unusable. Floors were dirty and left our socks grey; there was pink mould in the tub & shower stalls, black mould on the water level of one toilet and no one had cleaned the ceiling ventilation fans or behind the toilets in either bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the bed linens were good. There was just one hand towel. Also, insufficient furniture in the bedrooms - night...

"We had such a great time at this house. It is perfect for large groups with spacious bedrooms and large beds and is exactly as advertised. The property is fantastic with lots of equipment provided on the tennis courts and beautiful pool area. Thank you Nancy, Hugh and Meggan!"

"The property is beautiful and the inside looks nice but that’s where the positive ends. Upon arrival at 4:00 we could not enter because there was a cleaner there still cleaning. Upon entry, a half hour later, the floors were soaking wet and slippery. The garbages were not empty in the bathrooms. The bedding was not freshly laundered. "I had a check in issue (my problem, not the Super 8) and it was resolved quickly & easily. The lady at the desk was very accomodating. Also, we had booked two nights as my granddaughter was playing in a soccer tournament. However, due to the high temperatures the tournament was shortened so we didn't need the 2nd night. I asked if we could cancel the 2nd night and the they let us even though we were well past the 11 am checkout time. All we were charged was a $20 late checkout fee which I thought was very reasonable on the part of the facility as they could have just said we booked the second night so we had to pay for it. Also, as continental breakfasts go this one was much better than typical. In addition to the usual bagels, toast, cold cereal, etc. it also had scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles and even hardboiled eggs. The dining area was also bright and quite spacious. Overall, a very nice facility that I would certainly stay at again."
