It was a haven amongst the madness that is Marrakesh. A beautiful room, which was so comfortable. The decor was subtle and elegant. The staff were incredibly helpful, they answered all our questions and gave good tips. The breakfast was delicious, eating in the courtyard was a great way to start each day.

Overall I enjoyed the sirayanne but it didn’t come without a few (small) issues. Starting with the positives: very clean, room was great, comfortable beds. Most of the staff were lovely. Food was generally very good. Spa was amazing. Negatives: One staff in particular was rather rude for no reason (front desk). They don’t provide free water at all, and 2 bottles was 14 dollars. The same front desk staff did tell us to “treat the maids well” and we may get free water. We tipped quite generously and didn’t get any, and in a 5 star at this price point in a place where it’s not recommended to drink the tap water it was a bit disappointing. Only other thing was quite a lot of kids. I didn’t realize it wasn’t adults only which is on me, but almost everyone there aside from us had kids with them so if that’s not your thing maybe avoid this one. Overall it was a great property and mostly good.

Fabulous hotel. The all inclusive food at the restaurant had a wide and varied selection. The pools were very clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. The Spa had a wide range of treatments. The 50 minute 'Relaxing Massage' was excellent. The Spa was clean and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile. There was nothing negative about my stay. I would highly recommend.
