Guest Access:
► GENERAL: As guests, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process.
► PARKING: Free parking is available in the large driveway.
► WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home for any remote workers in your group.
► FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, children's books, toys and dinnerware, and even babysitter recommendations! / Please request in advance
► PETS: Your dog is welcome, and there is a one-time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per booking.
The Neighborhood:
When going to Joshua Tree one couldn’t imagine a better location in ambiance and convenience than the Skyline Ranch area, adjacent to the coveted Pinon Ridge & Rock Reach areas of Yucca Valley as well as Pioneertown and the National Park. The area is private, but not remote with gorgeous views of mountains, Joshua trees, & desert flora & fauna. During the day, you can explore nature in your own backyard, and at night, the stargazing can’t be beat.
In addition to shopping and dining, you won’t want to miss these nearby highlights:
• Pioneertown (6-minute drive) - Put on your ten-gallon hat and stroll down Mane Street of this Wild West-inspired town, also known for Pappy & Harriet’s, a notable restaurant and venue.
• Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum (20-minute drive) - As far from a stuffy gallery as you can imagine, this outdoor sculpture garden contains a unique collection of folk-art.
• The Integratron (20-minute drive) - New age-y healing destination with a sound bath, originally designed by ufologist George Van Tassel with the goal of reversing the aging process.
• Palm Springs (40-minute drive) - Artsy town known for vintage shopping, art galleries, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.
• Mt. San Jacinto State Park (90-minute drive) - Expansive, hilly landscape with foot and horseback trails surrounding 10,834-foot Mount San Jacinto.

Getting Around:
While we are off a paved road, many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.
Other Things to Note:
• SELF CHECK-IN: Easy self-check-in is available via -the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
• SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!
• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling WiFi calling or downloading a VOIP program.
